"Bring back the West Coast Swing San Diego parties at the Dancetime Center on Tuesdays!"

The West Coast Swing San Diego is a great group of fun West Coast swing dancers that has been dancing together for the last five years. They started at the Ciao Bella restaurant and continued having West Coast swing dancing there until late in 2011. Pattie Wells offered to let them use the Dancetime Center until they could find a new home. The organizers like to hold their dances in a bar or restaurant where the dancers can order drinks and/or food. Many local dancers have requested they returnn to the Dancetime Center since most dancers just want to dance when they go out dancing and are not interested in eating a big meal or doing a lot of drinking, which quite frankly affects their dancing abilities too. We were happy to host the West Coast swing San Diego meetup group for a few months. Many of the West Coast swing dancers liked our venue so much we decided to host our own West Coast Swing Thursdays at the Dancetime Center every 1st & 3rd Thursday monthly. We may expand this to every Thursday if we see that the West Coast swing dancers are interested in a weekly Thursday evening venue for West Coast swing dancing!
